Waiting at front desk and no help to take my orde

I tried calling Ocean Basket in 75 Kloof St on 021 422 0322 at around 19:30 on January 2nd, 2014 to order supper for my family of 5. After trying to call about 5 times only to hear the sound of a disengaged line, I decided to take a drive to place my order in person. So I got into my car and drove down to 75 Kloof St. I went into Ocean Basket and went to the front counter and said that I would like to place an order and I was told to wait. So I waited for 20 minutes at the front counter with 4 different staff walking in front of me including a black female and male, white male and colored male but unable to take my order. It was if I was invisible. I then demanded for my order to be placed. Then the black female in front of the counter said that we are busy and your order will take long and I cannot tell you how long it is going to be. I don't appreciate the time and fuel expense I wasted to get food from Ocean Basket and to be told that my order is going to take long with no expectation. Is it that difficult for you guys to take an order or have a self answering service for waiting calls to let the customer know it's busy. I had to stand for 20 minutes to hear that after driving
