Steers
Ignored for about 10 minutes!

Popped into Steers last night just for 2 packets of chips. There was only 2 other people in the queue in front of me. A few minutes later the couple in front of me walked out. A few minutes later I was still not attended to... The manager and the cashier were both attending to a previous customer's ice-cream order. Then the cashier walked out of the shop and told me that the manager will assist me shortly. After waiting for about 10 minutes I also walked out without ever being assisted.
Because of this complete lack of service I will not set foot in your shop again. There are quite a few other fast food outlets in the immediate vicinity, and I feel that the lack of professionalism will drive this store into the ground. Maybe look at employing more adequately trained staff that knows how to take care of each and every customer's needs.
