Mcdonalds
No lettuce

At about 21:15 tonight I was at the McDonalds drive-thru at Woodlands Mall. When I ordered a Big Mac, I was told that they had no lettuce.

How can a McDonalds not have lettuce?!

I was nonetheless still charged the full price for the Big Mac. When I got home, the burger looked really disappointing (I took a picture of it...). I also discovered then that they had not put any ketchup (to go with the fries) in the bag.

This is terrible service. If you cannot cope on a public holiday, then you should not be open on a public holiday.
