A BUG IN MY BURGER

Baught a chiken burger frm the above mentioned branch and while eating it at the establishment, felt something wriggling in my mouth, I spat the bite out only to find a black, insect kind of like a beetle. When queried with management, they said it must have been in the lettuce. My Question is... Arent your lettuce being washed???
Nothing was done about this besides a call asking for my email adress.
No refund or meal replacement took place and
