Bad Service at Mcdonalds Milnerton

Disgusted by the service received by Mcdonalds in Milnerton.

I stopped in Milnerton to get lunch on the way home, after getting home and opening the burger I noticed that the lettuce on the burger was old. I called Milnerton branch and they advised that i can bring the burger back but i do not live in the area. The store itself says they cannot help me any further and the only way to get a refund is to physically come to that specific store.

It is poor customer service that they expect me to drive all the way back there after they messed up the food, they cant offer to deliver anything and also cant make arrangements with a Mcdonalds closer to me.

Seriously bad customer service.
