Dry burger and bad service

On Sunday Late morning we decided to go grab some food at the branch.
We stood in front of the tills for 10 minutes looking like fools waiting to be served.
I ordered a the Mexican burger meal larger.

To my disappointment i was slapped with a two beef patties and a drop of red chilli sauce (and the pic it display jalape? o sauce)

So when i took the Burger back, three staff member including the manager paged through the burger (no gloves) and the Manager Nokuthula took the burger to the back and came back with what i thought was lettuce burger. They put on so much lettuce the burger did not look like anything i ordered.

There was no apology or anything.
