McDonalds Atterbury is a joke

Today I went to McDonalds Atterbury as I wanted to treat myself. I brought myself a double quarter pounder with no ketchup (because I am allergic) and grand chicken ranch with small fries, when I got to the window the guy told me that there was no soft drinks so I would have to get a powerade which I was fine with. When I got home and looked at the receipt I realized that the guy charged me for two powerades and two double quarter pounders. I looked through the packet and also saw that there were no fries. When I looked at the burgers they had ketchup on so I couldn't eat it and the one double quarter pounder had no bun which I actually took photos of. I honestly don't know what to say but all I can say is that I am off, I live 35 km away from this McDonalds so I could not go back as I didn't want to waste petrol for a burger. I will never go to a McDonalds again as they don't care about their customers, absolutely shocking!
