Old food at McOLDanls

I love McDonalds, certainly more than the average person! Which is why I am SO utterly frustrated and disgusted with the service and quality of food that I received at the chain on the corner of Russouw Street and Simon Vermooten drive. I believe it is at the Willow Ridge Shopping centre if I am not mistaken. I have been there a couple of times and almost every time, there was something wrong or off about my food. Either the fries were old, cold and stale or the buns were old and crusty or the lettuce was wilted and smelly. I even once got a burger with just half a bun and no garnish! Furthermore they NEVER have ketchup, EVER! I therefore URGE McDonalds to investigate the happenings at this chain. I LOVE McD's and would love to get the same quality of service and product at this chain than what I have come to expect.
