Mcdonalds

Purchased a happy meal with nuggets and a ranch chicken burger. When I got to the car I opened the happy meal to feed my child, and found no dipping sauce. So I sent my older child back inside to ask for the sauce. She came back with the. Heinz ketchup u usually get with takeaway mcdonalds and said that the lady said they don't have sauce. So I should of paid less or I should of been informed when I purchased it. But no they decided to just give me the meal without sauce. Then I opened the ranch burger to find that instead of frilly lettuce it had the normal iceburg lettuce. They could of informed me that they are substituting the lettuce with a different kind. I understand that the store can get busy and run out of ingredients but the customers ought to be told. And if cheaper substitutions are made I think that we should be paying less. If you buy the dipping sauce on its own its not cheap but when its supposed to come in your meal and they give u free ketchup its not on! Daylight!!
