Waited 75 mins for my food

My husband and I waited 75 mins for our grilled fish to arrive. I ordered stir-fry veg with my fish. This was replaced without asking me with chips. The reason we were given is that the "boss" took the grill home now they are running behind in the kitchen... and... we have problems in the kitchen. We weren't the only people waiting and some others left before their main meal was served, only paying for what they've had. We asked twice to see the manager, but he never came out to the table. My husband had to go into the restaurant to see him. This made the overall experience bad, because now waiting 30 mins for our rolls and butter and not being asked for a refill on our drinks (was only asked once) stand out like a sore thumb. Under normal circumstances this would have been overlooked. Ocean Basket Bluff will never see us again.
