Disappointing experience on the whole

I called to reserve a table and was told if I came before 5:50 there would be a table. when I called again to ask if they could hold a table for me because I wouldn't make it for that time instead ide be ten mins late the girl said she doesn't know and that she's not sure then just ended up by saying no they don't keep tables.
when we got there and asked if a table is available, the same girl said she doesn't know and just walked away leaving my husband, who was fasting and hadn't broken his fast yet, and myself just standing by the door, totally ignored.
when we placed our order I noticed the menu stated that the fish takes 30 mins to grill. but an hour later we still didn't receive our order.
when we did I asked if I could change the calamari tubes to steaks as before I was always asked but was not this time the waitress said no because they only change it if customer asked and because they already made it they cant change it.
my husband and I were very put off by this entire experience at this ocean basket. we felt as though they didn't care that we are paying customers and were not given the service we deserved. service was putrid and pathetic.
