Ocean Basket - BAD service

My mom and I went to the Ocean Basket in N1 City on 27 January 2014. We had the worst experience ever!!! To start with, they only had one baby chair in the shop which was so disgustingly dirty, I felt bad to put one of my one year old twins in it. It looked like it has not ever been washed or cleaned or even wiped down. Then the waitress brought us the little bread rolls, and they were cold and stale. The manager told me afterwards that they do not keep their bread in the fridge, but I am sure he was lying, as it was cold. I wanted to give it to my babies, but not even they enjoyed it. Then I ordered grilled Hake with the idea to give some to my babies as well. When the fish got to the table and I wanted to break some off for them, the fish wouldn't come apart. When I looked closely, it was still raw and ice cold. They did cook it further until cooked. After this, the waitress did not once come to our table to check if the food was ok. My mom had fried hake and chips, but got 4 little off cut pieces of fish. I confronted the manager (who was stuffing his face with food in the restaurant for all to see) and all he could say was sorry. The service is very poor here.
