RAW FISH & AN INCOMPITENT WAITER

Tonight everything just went overboard. Mellisa brought the bread&sauces, putting the plate with garlic right under my nose. Then what we would like to drink. I say "Lime Cordial" pls. Then I ask "Do you have Sprite". She confirmed the Sprite, I confirm Lime Cordial, then pitches with only Sprite, no lime cordial. After I repeated what I had ordered 3 times, my husband raised his voice and she got the message. Then we order our food. For the first time we are asked if we want Lemon Butter on the fish. We both responded, serve it like Ocean Basket always has. Well the food seemed to come with the usual sauces on the plate. But my hake was underdone. It was PINK, GLOSSY and SLIMY, not to mention all the tiny bones in the piece of Hake. Then I noticed on the wall, it speaks of grilled fish taking 25 minutes to prepare. I assure you, we did not wait 25 minutes before our food arrived. So Mellisa took the pan away with not a quarter of the fish eaten. The manager walked past our table a dozen times, not once checking if all is fine. Then we waited 20 mins for our bill, eventually my husband got up, went to the manager and asked for it.
