Debonairs Pizza
Had to pay for late delivery

Just wanted to let you know that this is not the first time that we have had to wait longer than 40minutes to receive our order. As advertised it says, 40minutes or its free. After about an hour I phoned Debonairs in Florida road, only to be told that its been very busy and they are short of delivery people. Would have liked to have been told that before I placed my order. After talking to a manager, I was basically told that they weren't going to give us our meal for free, I eventually had to end the call as there was no real response.
If I was told before I ordered that it would take longer, that's fine, but then to be told after an hour of waiting that there was nothing to be done is rather annoying. Please change your advertising Debonairs if you can't live up to it.
