No one is listening!!!

After taking a month to sort out the insurance on a car that has been written off. The settlement ammount is completely incorrect, when questioned I was told to contact a Stein Po... who is impossible to pin down, so what am I supposed to do? Stay in limbo until Santam feels that its a good time to contact me now... I need to sort this out URGENTLY as the courtesy vehicle is running out and my job depends on me being mobile at ALL times...

I AM NOT ONLY UNHAPPY, I AM LIVID AT THE SERVICE THAT HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY THIS INSURER, up to now they have been fine, but this experience is completely turning me off this company... I doubt that I will insure my new car with them.
