Over 4 weeks not settling claim & never follow up

I have lodged a claim first week of march 2013 and today is end of April and they still telling me they finalizing it. I called more than five times every week checking up on the status of the claim but no one ever calls to follow up its like they pushed it aside and ignore me. I joined king price last year and noted my father as a regular driver as i was not going to use that car as regularly as I did. So just because last year august i was in an incident and again this year march a bicycle crashed onto the side of the car now kingprice says I seem like the regular driver infact they insinuate that I am and also saying the claim is not looking good meaning they will not pay. so now i dont know if this is an insurance that pays claims on guess work and they have nothing solid as proof to what they accusing me of. now today when i called them they say the claim will be finilized on Thursday mind you the first time i head those works was mid march and now its end of april still same empty promises. and the consultant further says it looks like the claim wont be approved or when it is approved they threaten to cancel the policy.
im never recommending them ever again. service.
