WORST SERVICE!!

I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction that I have recently endured with trying to settle my insurance claim. I had an accident with my car over 2 months ago I had to then wait 3 weeks to receive communication from Santam that the car is written off. The consultant was not willing to breakdown the amount given on the AOL forms and insisted that I should just sign it. I was given a courtesy car and at the time the agreement was that I will return it once the settlement with the car is complete, I had to return the car well before the settlement was done. I then found out that the bank didn't know that my car had been written off; notifying the bank was Santam's responsibility as the insurance supplier not mines. After doing most the running around, I found out that the reference number given to Wesbank is the incorrect one!! I then tried to get in touch with the Santam consultant and got told that there is nothing that they can do as they are moving offices. It was clearly communicated that there have been alot of inexcusable delays with this claim and so it would be now handled properly which was not the case.
