I opened a loan and Cheque account at this branch on 20 April 2013. I was given letters to give to my employer for salary purposes. I notified all debtors of my new banking details, and other people. Later finind out that I was given the WRONG account number, so my salary was paid straight into my loan account, along with my savings money, and money for my wife for rent and insurance. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THIS MONEY. I went to the branch on 29 April for find out what the is going on, and was said that by that afternoon/moring of the 30th April, all mistakes would have been corrected. I am still waiting on my new cheque card aswell. When I try calling the branch, no one answers, even redailing for 30min straight. NO ANSWER. This is absolutely POOR service to a BRAND NEW CLIENT. All this is 2 weeks. What must I do to get my money?? Go into the branch again personally, and throw my / tantrim all over the show?? Who is compitent enough to help me solve this problem?? My debt orders are going off tomorrow, and there wont be enough funds to cover everything due to this HUGE mistake. I can assure you that I will probably be held liabable for insuffiant funds???
