I had an accident on the 30th of Dec 2013 . I reported my claim and was told my car would be assessed on the week on the 6th. I have been calling in the claims department the past weeks and not getting through to speak to anyone., left a message to to called back but no one calls. Its been 2 weeks with no feedback from the person handling my claim. I called today and holded for 30min and was only told that they are waiting for an assessment report. Its very frustrating not knowing what's happening with my vehicle. How long should it take for the assessment report? When will my car be fixed? As no one in the claims department has answers for me. Im only left with 2 weeks to return the cartisy car im using. And still im not being told when my car will be fixed.
