CLAIM TAKING TOO LONG AND NO FEEDBACK AT ALL!!

On the 6th March 2013 I sent away all the necessary forms to Momentum after suffering a heart attack on the 21 Feb. I was told it would take between 5 and 10 working days which has now passed and would really like to know what Momentums policy on Claims payout is as everytime I phone in I am told it will take another 10 days which is what i was told again today. The reason I took out this policy in the first place was so that I would have funds available to me whilst recuperating but am now starting to wonder if the steep premium I paid every month was worth it as now that I have a claim after almost 4 years, now its a problem for Momentum yet taking my premium every month never was. I have never received any kind of feedback whatsoever and you are always in the dark. Could someone kindly help with this issue??
