REALLY POOR SERVICE AND DELAYING PAYOUT

Since my car was damaged by an Oxford Claims client, I have had to follow up no more than 5 times with this company as to where my claim stands and when payout will happen. I have had to drive with a broken vehicle for no less than a month already!
When you do call the call centre (the number on their rather poor website), the phone gets answered rather unprofessional manner... when I then asked regarding my claim, I was asked to send documentation to them for the 3rd time!!! Their answer is simple, 'WE DONT DEAL WITH 3RD PARTIES' My question is, if I didn't follow up myself, when would I have EVENTUALLY been paid out and how much?
When they eventually DO want to pay out, all they pay out is your lowest quote - and NOT for the car rental you need while your car is in for repairs...
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH!
Terrible unhelpful attitude... and in stead of helping, they rather get offended and try to protect the fact that they are not doing their jobs.
