Lack of communication/wrong payout/incompetence

This is just a short story of my dealings with Mutual & Federal.

A company that is in no short supply of wasting one's money, do not have any interest in customer service & or helping one out when you need an insurance company to work for you.

It all happen when my car was a day before I had to leave for a trip abroad. My broker then suggested that we register the claim so long & upon my return we continue with the claim. Upon my return I contacted my broker so we can proceed with the claim. From there it just went complete downhill with Mutual & Federal. In the meantime my car was recovered but it was so damaged it was a write off, I informed my broker, which then took from there to change the claim to a write off. All of this started in Aug & it is now December. 4 Months down the road. Up until today, I had no communication from Mutual & Federal, my poor broker had to bear all my ranting & raving emails & was of great support & of course it reflects bad on his business with this company.

Even after 4 months, eventually when the payout happened, guess, they got it wrong!! No surprise. Mutual & Federal you are the worst insurance company. Shame on you.
