DELIBERATE DELAY - THRID PARTY CLAIM

I was involved in an accident on 7th January, a M&Fclient was involved.

I went the third party claim route (Claim No - 121255036), rather than through my own insurance, which is also underwritten by M&F.

M&F first did nothing with my claim for about a month - I was told I had to wait and was sent a very threatening "legal" letter to say I must claim with my own insurance.
Finaly after a month when I followed up, I was advised of a process to follow - which I did immediately.
Another week or two went by. Had to follow up again and eventually was told to take my car to the drive in centre at Hatfield.
After a settlement was reached - 3 weeks ago I was told I can take my car in to a panel beater as payment will reflect within 3 days.
3 Weeks later and still waiting. Emailing the departments - no feedback. Phone - no answer and if I get an answer I am told that it has been with authorisations for two weeks - not sure why not paid.

PLEASE get this done as I owe the panel beaters and they will only release my vehicle on payment.

This is very POOR service and SAD that M&F is deliberatly delaying a process because it is a 3rd party claim, Crazy as I am also insured with M&F
