I had a geyser burst in January.By the time Standard Bank Insurance sent someone to repair the leak, my ceiling collapsed and the wooden floors were damaged. After many hours on the phone (on average it takes 45 minutes for a phone call to be answered), they eventually replaced the geyser and the ceilings but until today they have done nothing for the floors. I have been on the phone, to the branch and on their website - no feedback, no resolution, no result. I have to wait. It is now the end of April. The lights were not replaced on the ceiling, so my dining room is without lights either. I did however had to pay only in cash two separate accesses - R790 fro the geyser and R500 for the ceiling. Their service is appalling. It is the second time that I write on hellopeter. Their previous reply was that I have to call a number during office hours. There is absolutely no service.
