I logged a call yesterday morning for a burst geyser, Standard Bank Ins. Dept send out a co. Plum Plumb Plumbing, after I had to phone SBSA to follow up on what was happening, as the plumbers also didn't know what was going on. After two or three calls back to the Bank, the Plumbers replaced my geyser, I got home the manehole in the ceiling was damanged (paint off, and full of dirty hand makes) they didn't even clean the mess on the floor. This morning 14/6, I heard water dripping onto my ceiling, the same section the plumbers worked on yesterday. I phoned SBSA, told them after 30 minutes no call from the plumber or bank so I had to phone back again. After explaining my situation to the consultant, the plumber phoned and said they will send someone out, I never received a phone call from the bank of plumber to say what was wrong, my ceiling now has watermakes on. When I phoned the bank once again because no one phones back, they informed me that it was a leakage from something else. Not their fault, but I don't agree, why only when they worked on the geyser, now no one wants to take responsibility, this is unacceptable. This is very bad service from Plumbers and Standard
