Burst geyser not fixed

My geyser was leaking and i reported it with standard bank and they appointed their survice provider Simunye plumbing and they made an appointed to be in the house at 15h00 but only came to my house at after 16h00 without any notification that they are late or they are still coming. when they finally did "fix" but the geyser is still not working and refused to fix the bathroom and dining room ceiling that they messed up. i had to wash with cold water in this winter weather.
