I'm appalled by the ridiculous service FNB give to their clients, spoke to some guys called Jerome or something, he didn't even sound like he wants to speak to me. I requested online assistance he kept me on hold for more than 10 minutes without explaining anything to me he didn't even take down my details. Seriously annoyed, regret why i switched to FNB.
