My car was damaged. Claim was lodged. I waited a month for the spares, with no feedback from the repairer. After making noise about it, I was told that I could take my car else where and Outsurance will still cover the repair. The repairer that is on their board is pathetic! My car has been with the repairer for 2 weeks today, and I have to phone the enquire on the progress, I have never been contacted by these ever since the claim was lodged. I then request to have the excess waived due to bad service. My query was answered by a coarse and abrasive Trevern Naidoo and referred to Cardo Martin on my request. I have yet to hear from him! I find this pathetic.
I am helpless in the matter! I feel as though I am running up against brick walls, and yet I am the paying consumer!
Outsurance will bend over backwards, while I am bending out of shape!
