I recently had my first experience with OUTSURANCE and to my disgust found a total lack of service and respect to a faithfull paying customer. My new car (20000kms) was involved in a accident in May 2013 and booked in for repairs. After delay of weeks of being at the repairer and me making endless calls to the frustrating call centre only then the repair commenced... or so they said. Whilst in repair and me stranded without a car and being told the time period in which the repair would be finished, they failed to adhere and stay true to their word. Long story short... I received my car back @ the end of AUGUST 2013... 3 MONTHS later!!! This after numerous phonecalls from my side and continually being told next week etc. I spoke to call centre staff, supervisors etc.! Then to add insult to injury the repair work on the car was of poor quality and there were scratches etc. on the vehicle post repair. I immediately contacted outsurance once aware of this on 28 August and they again sent me to the assesor. I took the car there and its end of September now and I am yet to hear from the folks at Outsurance! Bending over backwards hey... I am not so sure!
