Bend Over Backward - What a JOKE...!!!

I lodged a claim in early June with Outsurance for repairs to my gate after it came off the railings. They appointed 3 service providers. Only 1 contacted me the rest I had to keep phoning Outsurance to follow up on. Eventually after various calls to Outsurance they appointed a new vendor to do the last repairs. The new vendor promptly forgot about us but eventually came to inspect and advised they need to submit a quote to Outsurance. Now several days later and several calls to Outsurance later, the vendor advises they are unable to proceed unless I pay the excess amount AGAIN. This was paid to the 1st repair vendor and I do not see why I should pay again. Calls to OUtsurance to speak to a manager go unanswered and even threats to lodge this complaint on this forum, facebook and any other means don't seem to get Outsurance to revert. So its a case of we bend over BACKWARDS to TAKE your MONEY but BEND over FORWARD to dodge answering your calls of complaint. This claim was lodged at the start of June - We are a month down the line with no end in sight. BAD, BAD, BAD SERVICE AND RESPONSE.
