Bend over backwards???

A week ago I lodged two claims against my Outsurance policy - one for damage to my vehicle and the other for the replacement of a damaged windscreen - yes, believe it - even though it is one vehicle Outsurance insist that it is two claims - obviously also requiring two amounts (one for each of the two claims) to be paid as excess.
I have done everything that was required from me and even though I have been informed regarding the repairer nothing has further happened - oh, yes I did get a call from Glasfit, Kempton Park on Tuesday making an appointment for them to come and replace on Tuesday afternoon at 16:00 - I had to reschedule to be home at that time - needless to say, nobody pitched, no phone call to apologise, no phone call to reschedule, nothing at all.
Believe me, their advertised undertaking to bend over backwards for you is only to secure your business - once they have that they are not interested to deliver the service that you pay for dearly.
