Good day

on 22/03/13 I lodged a complaint with the department about a unknown transaction from my debit account after 11 days when I was notified via sms it will take 10 days I phoned only to find that the nature of my complaint was an error on their side and the complaint should have been lodged with customer care, Kyle the person who lodged the complaint didn't take the time to inform me and after being on hold again got through to Kagiso only to be informed it will take /- 15 days first of they made the error their employee is the reason I waited the first 11 days and know the expect me to wait another 15 and it has been 10 days and they still didn't respond is this our they treat their customers or do their within mean 15 or afte
