Consultants was never helpful, no resolution

I had a recall from Bidcorp pension Fund in February, 2013 regarding additional benefits payable to me. After querying with one of the consultants, I was asked for a copy of my i/d document as well as a bank statement. Upon receipt, I was told payment would be made within four weeks, I have made numerous telephone calls speaking to various consultants about the status of my claim and each time I was told that the admin dept has not authorized payment. For whatever reason, I do not know. Eventually today, I spoke to a person by the name of Sharda Moodley who agreed that there is an additional benefit for me but the money would be transferred to my annuity at Libery life. Why wasn't I told that initially. It has cost me a bit to make that numerous phone calls which could be avoided. I do hope that I do not have to make anymore future call to Alexander Forbes and that the matter is resolved in a professional manner.
