No response to a complaint lodged on 10/7/13

I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter regarding my LG dishwasher. Well I had three calls within half an hour after I have lodged my complaint. Received a call from Wicus Smith, Henriette and Margaret. Everyone was going to attend to this and sort it out and let me know the outcome of my complaint. Well it is now 8 days later and I am still waiting. How much longer must I still wait!!! Very bad service, sorry to say!!!
