This is so funny- I lodged a complaint on hellopeter just last week, and here I am, again. The first matter was resolved, but now, a new problem has arised. To date, not 1 homeloans consultant has phoned me with any feedbackr egarding my application on a readvance. all the telephonic conversations was becasue I phoned them (to me that is in the first place bad service delivery). Secondly, when I queried when the payout of the readvance will be done, I was told that it would be within 3 buisness days (note that i was told previously that my readvance was granted- to me this means that if I applied for R280 000, that is what I am going to recieve).when I queried the payout, that it was not in the bank-an amount of R70 000 was mentioned. And something about someone making an ammendment on the applciation.. I was not informed that the total amount was not granted. I cannot do anything with R70 000. Now it was escalated- another 3 working days... I lodged a complaint (39249868) andt that will take 8 business days... I want this matter to be resolved before Monday 17th of June 2013. This is unacceptable. I pay my bankfees and interrest. They must deliver a service!!!
