I have lodged a complaint with Fnb online on 31/01/2013 (Ref312982500) again I lodged the same complaint on 3 occasions after that. I do get a mail saying someone will contact me shortly but that never happens. Does it really take close to 2 weeks to get some reply if any. I again lodged the same complaint this morning. Still nothing!!!
