No return call nor response on website complaint

The service from truworths call centre in Cape town is pathetic as well as whoever handles the complaints lodged on their website, I called them 2 Dec to source items i had bought on sale which did not fit, still waiting for them to get back to me, lodged a complaint on their website on 12 dec still waiting for a response although their automated response say within 2 business days they will respond, it is 9 days later, can you really treat your faithful customers so bad??? its certainly is not worth continuing to have an account with you, PATHETIC SERVICE, they are quick to call and find out how you were treated when buying from their stores, yet they treat people worse
