3 mths unresolved third party claim/Rude manne

My mv was damaged by a Santam client on 17 Oct 2012. Ive been through clients broker, Riskor Trust administrators and finally in November, through Santam Legal Dpt. I have had my calls not replied to, very seldom is anyone available, for over a month no emails replied to either & finally in Jan 2013 a consultant "Morris Pule" deleted my email "without reading it". I called Miss Liebenberg who had an extremely aggressive approach asking me if I was threatening her when I asked for her Manager's name to report the email which had been deleted by her colleague to whom she had assigned my claim. Demanded to know in an aggressive manner if I had proof of this. She refused to put me through to her manager saying it was not necessary. She then proceeded to try and assist me but that was on Friday 11 Jan and today, 16th Jan when I called again, Miss Liebenberg was highly impatient and said "in a tired voice and dramatically slowly" which I found extremely condescending and rude, that I must just wait for later for the release form when she could manage to have it forwarded to me. I find this attitude highly disappointing from such a reputable company. 3 Months and no conclusion to this.
