My name is Nyiko and I had an accident on the 17th November 2012 near Cresta mall and the guy (Jaqcue) who bumbed me informed me that he had a comprehensive insurance with Santam, few days down the line he gave me the claim number - 161571512 for my damages. I contacted Santam and provided them with the claim number and a gentleman by the name Morris pule assisted me and advise me to submitted all the relevant documents for my claim to be processed, i did submitt my documents by the 13th of December 2012. on the 18th December 2012 Morris sent me the email confirming that all the documents have been received and he is handing over the claim to Lesley to approve payments.
Since January i have been in contact with this one Lesley and she hasn't provided me with concrete feedback on why my claim is taking forever to process, she always sends me from pillar to post and she shows unwillingness to assist me and she claims she's always busy and she will get back to me, which she's never done. it's been 4 months waiting and this is bad service from this woman.
