3rd party corruption

I've sent through all my detail with regards to a 3rd party claim and finally after a month everything was sorted out. Now you are saying that I'm 40 % guilty of what happened. Next time someone don't wait at a stop street and they cross the road in front of you I hope you up your car really good and that you have to put up with your own 3rd party claim department. Who are you to tell me that I didn't do all my observations or tried to stop in due time or tried to avoid the accident? Were you in the car with me or do you think I tried to drive into her side just for the fun of it??? Did you consider the way the road look or the traffic on that day. NO; SO HOW CAN YOU THEN TELL ME THAT I'M 40 % guilty if you weren't there... and don't say "but it's based on the information we provided"; there will always be too much or too little information to back up the story you want. Was I supposed to be there YESSS, was she supposed to be there NOOO. Santam is corrupt and now I will approach this in the manner I should have started out with. I will use my own insurance to get it from Santam. If not to me then to my insurer, but you will pay every cent of it.
