On 2013-10-09 my vehicle was assesed by MR ANDRE VAN HYUESTEEN FROM SANTAM, after i complained about the poor workmanship/repairs done on my car by a santam approved repairer. When he arived at my work place he was rude from the get go, making remarks when i showed him the damages caused by the panelbeaters. He futher told me that i must claim again from santam for the repairs to be carried out. He did'nt take us seriously and spoke to us as if we were his friends and not clients. If a person representing a big company like santam treats the clients like dirt, what does that say about them? I am strongly thinking of taking my business to someone els, because their client service are useless. When we told him that we are going to report his behaviour he told us to do what we like.
