Very unhappy about level of service!!!

My mom was in an accident on Tuesday the 16 of April, a truck went through a red robot and collided with her vehicle. We reported the accident to the police and MiWay that day. We were told to take the vehicle to Ross Champion the next morning at 8 to meet the assessor which we did. We have contacted MiWay numerous times but have had no response from them as yet. On Friday I spoke to a manager and was promised the claim would be finalized by 5 that afternoon and I would hear back from them. Again this didn't happen. My mom has now been without a car for 13 days and nothing has been done to resolve this. She took out the insurance with the option of a hired car but was now told she would have to pay R5500 before she could get it and she would only have it for 10 days. We were original told it would take 2 days to finalize the claim, the manager then said 4 days, it's taken 13 so far with no result!!! Very unsatisfied customer!!!
