10 working days and no contact from Miway

I had an accident on 27 December and I lodged a claim, but It has been 10 working days since then and I have had no contact from Miway. I have made numerous calls to Miway left many messages for an urgent call back, but there has been no response.

On Monday I finally got through to a claims agent and they mentioned that an assessor will be assigned to view my vehicle, and the assessor will call me, but since then there has been no contact.

I have been a loyal member of Miway since 2010, paying all my premiums on time, but i find the level of service offered by Miway when it comes to a claim to be appalling. As a customer I expect to be called and informed of the status of my claim and that the claim be addressed in a timeous manner. I dont expect to pay my premiums and then be constantly calling to receive service (that I have paid for). I also dont expect to wait weeks and months to receive my vehicle back. If it has taken nearly 2 weeks to get assessed, how long will it take for me to receive my repaired vehicle back?!?

I am totally dissatisfied with the service offered by Miway!
