Still awaiting for my paid up lette

I called to request for Paid up letters as I have fully paid the Garnishee orders for both the loans I have with Bayport, I called on the 25.04.2013 and the agent confirmed they have been paid up and they will send the letters shortly I'm still awaiting for the confirmation of the letter its more than 48 Hours late
