Poor service from Miway

On 26/11 my car was and I immediately reported to Miway. This was followed by me struggling to get a hired car and having to travel to the airport to collect one.

Miway then only sent an assessor out to see me the following week, after I had to contact them days after the incident requesting the details of the assessor assigned to the case and making contact with him.

When he eventually came to see me, 7 days later, i was given the runaroud regarding required documents, with new requests added daily. I had to ask the assessor to come around and view where the scene, more than a week later and ten days after the incident he made the time to speak to the police re: my claim. I escalated the matter to his manager who agreed to finalise the claim by Monday, Dec 9, which was done.

Now I have received an sms from the car rental company informing me the car must be returned immediatly. How does miway expect me to get a car in 2 days between the finalisation of the claim, which they delayed leaving me in limbo, and the new return date for the rental?

It seems the only way to get any semblance of decent service from miway is to complain because countless emails remain unanswered
