I forgot my password to my online banking account and tried resetting it but kept getting a white popup from my browser so i try several others pc and different browsers (chrome, ie, mozilla) but i had the same problem, contacted FNB Call Centre and was advise to send the sceen shots to Corrie, Corrie personally called me and advise that there was a problem with the website which will be resolved soon, 4 months have passed and the problem is not resolved and i still cannot access my bank account. Kindly provide urgent feedback
