I lodged a query/complaint with regards to your "send money to zimbabwe facility". I explained how I have had to visit the bank more than a few times, and how I've contacted the call centre, before I officially logged a complaint on the FNB site. A week after I received logged the complain, I received an email containing following statement "Please advise us if you are still having a problem with the send money to zimbabwe option. If you are, kindly provide us with the name of your browser and a screen shot of the error message..." I then sent an email response (13 days ago) asking what was done to amend the issue, as I had no immediate need to send money to zimbabwe then, but needed assurance that something had been done. I haven't received a response yet. I tried to use the system again, and got the same error (something to do with permit expiry date). It has been over 2 months since I have had this problem and it hasn't been resolved. Can you please fix it.
