Cannot logon to Business banking for 1, 5 weeks

I've logged an error with the Online Call Centre on 18 FEb 2013, that I'm unable to login to my Business profile after some technical problems. I've had to contact them almost every day for feedback as the response from them was minimal and the problems was not getting resolved. Finally on Wednesday morning, 27 Feb 2013 the problem was rectified. Unfortunately it did not last as a few hours later I had the same problem and the error with my login returned. I immediately contacted the call centre and within a few minutes the problem was resolved again. However when I attempted to login again this morning, 28 FEb 2013 the error is back again. When I first logged the call, I requested this problem to be dealt with urgency as this is my only form of doing my banking. We are on the eve of our financial year-end and month-end where creditors and salaries need to be paid. Everytime I phone the call centre, they advise that my problem will be escalated. I refuse to believe that it has to take now more than 1, 5 weeks for a critical error to be resolved.
