PROBLEM STILL NOT RESOLVED AFTER 5 YEARS!!!

Yet again, FNB's useless service they provide, telling me the problem i had is resolved, just to find out it is STILL NOT RESOLVED, AND IS NOW EVEN WORSE!!! Is there anyone working that know what they are doing??? i was declared insolvent in 2008, all relevant documents was given to FNB, just to find out i was listed on ITC for a judgement, i fought with FNB for more then 2 YEARS, then the judgment got lifted, now the flippen account is back as a normal debt recovery account,???!!! this account must be OFF my NAME!!! the account is: Account Number: 4-000-026-681-393, and this info i got from Tshepo & Lerato, and it is still an issue!!! I want this resolved before the end of this year 2013!!!
