Fnb enabling and assisting in

3 yrs ago a number of illegal bonds were put on my husbands one of which was done through FNB. These bonds werevprocessed through Brusson Finance. Fnb was made aware of all this and all documentation from the high court stating the was received in Aug 2010. My husband has spoken to and emailed all relevant documents to the legal department of Fnb throughout 2012 AND HAVE not heard anything since then yesterday out of the blue the Fnb places a hold on more than 90% OF my husbands salary through the bank on his new account on which this bond was NOT authorised through. When he went into the bank @ 2:30 no one could help him he was told he needs to speak to mr. Govender after numerous attempts from the branch itself they could not get hold of him and he was subsequently given the number to call back on monday. I then persistently called the number got through to Pat who told me she can not help only mr.govender can as the instruction came from him. Now we sit @ 5weeks pregnant with a high risk pregnancy as i have itp and ourdebit orders are going to bounce medical aid will be suspended due to fnb processing bonds and withholding money illegally without any notic
